Who we are
Ecoo-Maid Smart Cleaning ("Ecoo-Maid", "we", "us") is a family-owned cleaning company based in Alpharetta, Georgia, providing luxury residential and commercial cleaning services across North Atlanta. For the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Ecoo-Maid is the data controller of the personal data you provide through this website.
What we collect
When you request a quote, book a cleaning, or contact us, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, phone number, city and (for bookings) your street address, property details, preferred appointment time, and any notes you choose to share. We do not collect payment card details — no payments are taken on this website.
Why we process your data
We process your personal data solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare your quote, and schedule and deliver your cleaning service. The legal basis is your explicit consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), which you give via the consent checkbox on every form, and — once you become a customer — the performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)). We do not use your data for advertising profiles, and we never sell or rent your data to third parties.
How long we keep it
Enquiry and booking data is kept only as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting service relationship, after which it is deleted or anonymised. You may ask us to delete your data at any time (see "Your rights" below).
Cookies and storage
This website uses only strictly necessary browser storage — for example, to remember your cookie preference. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. You can accept or decline via the consent banner, and change your choice by clearing your browser storage.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, or erase your personal data; to restrict or object to processing; to data portability; and to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.
